Overview

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the Company in the overall development of the Sales function by promoting core and value-added services through opportunity based sales.

Achieve business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills.

You will be responsible for the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales professional, your role involves several key responsibilities:

  • Promoting Core and Value-Added Services:
    • You’ll actively promote the company’s services, emphasizing both core offerings and additional value-added services. This entails understanding the services thoroughly and effectively communicating their benefits to potential clients.
  • Achieving Business Targets:
    • Your primary goal is to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent telephone sales skills are essential for achieving this.
  • Creating Sales Leads:
    • You’ll proactively identify and generate sales leads. This involves researching potential clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for engagement.
  • Initiating Prospect Calls, Emails, LinkedIn InMails:
    • As part of lead generation, you’ll make outbound calls emails and linkedin inmails to prospects. These contacts serve as the initial point of contact, where you introduce the company’s services and assess the prospect’s interest.
  • Establishing Rapport with Customers:
    • Building and maintaining ongoing rapport (emails, calls, meetings) with both existing and potential customers is vital. Trust and positive relationships enhance customer loyalty and contribute to successful sales outcomes.
  • Researching Accounts and Identifying Key Players:
    • Before making contact, you’ll research accounts to understand their structure and identify the key decision makers. This knowledge helps you generate interest and tailor your approach.
  • Conducting Pre-Contact Research:
    • Understanding prospects and their business needs is crucial. Conducting pre-call research allows you to customize your pitch and increases the likelihood of success.
  • Gathering Relevant Background Information:
    • Beyond business details, you’ll also explore social network connections, such as LinkedIn profiles. This additional context enhances your understanding of the prospect.
  • Maintaining a Prospect Database:
    • You’ll keep a constantly expanding database of prospects using an internal CRM system. This ensures organized and efficient lead management.
  • Strategic Sales Approaches and Campaigns:
    • Working with the wider sales function, you’ll determine the necessary strategic approaches for successful sales campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Experience

  • Prior experience in selling of services
