We are looking for talented Project Managers, ideally with consultancy experience, to join us at Expleo. This client-facing role will lead projects collaborating with our clients across a wide range of HRIS transformation initiatives, with a focus on Workday deployment and seamless data transition from legacy systems.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders, as well as internal and external teams.

You will be expected to be on-site with clients on a regular basis per week or as the programme requires.

You will be working on a high-profile project with other Project Managers, where your Project and theirs are inter dependent from a timeline and delivery perspective, and so open communication lines and an eye for detail is critical for success.

Expleo works across multiple clients and industries, so there is an expectation that you will contribute to the continued growth of the Practice as time allows.

• Lead end-to-end project management for Workday implementation and data migration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
• Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems to Workday.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Manage change control processes and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Support testing phases including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Drive continuous improvement and post-implementation support.

• Desirable Certifications: MAPM, Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2

• Solid understanding of HRIS systems, data structures, and business processes.
• The ability to understand and lead the system implementation & data migrations.
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Ability to think logically and use own initiative as well as mine in-house and supplier IP to build on your knowledge base with regards to the industry and the project/programme.
• Able to apply project management disciplines such as stakeholder identification and management, supplier management, risk and issue logs, decision logs
• Strong understanding of Waterfall methodologies
• Strong understanding of Agile (Kanban & Scrum)
• Experience of working with Programme and Project managers in large deployments
• People management skills – the ability to lead and focus teams in complex projects
• Strong self-management – continuous performance is both an objective and a mind-set
• Desire to continue to build IT domain knowledge– tools, applications, platforms
• Desire to embrace and work within new industries
• An analytical mindset to ensure details are not overlooked and that the critical path is managed throughout the project
• Strong communication skills in English are essential for effectively interacting with client
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Workday HCM or Financials implementations.
• Experience in data migration from legacy systems to new, including culling of non-essential data and consideration of parallel runs (test environment/production) and multi-wave implementation to production.
• Experience of leading large-scale projects with multiple sub-projects and inter-dependencies.
• Supplier Management – managing external suppliers to ensure that the scope of work is delivered within time, cost and quality constraints.
• Change Management in terms of processes and procedures, organisational change, training and documentation.
• Comfortable working within a hybrid Waterfall/Agile framework
• Strong expertise in data migration methodologies and tools.
