  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Liaise directly with the client through ad-hoc channels and formal governance forums.
    • Represent Expleo in commercial discussions, ensuring clarity and assertiveness in communication.
    • Collaborate with internal delivery, testing, and planning teams to gather accurate inputs.
  • Programme Oversight:
    • Monitor programme milestones and flag risks related to non-delivery or slippage.
    • Work closely with project planners to understand dependencies and forecast impacts.
    • Maintain a commercial risk register and support mitigation planning.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing Alignment:
    • Understand the testing lifecycle and quality assurance processes to assess delivery readiness.
    • Ensure commercial documentation reflects testing dependencies and outcomes.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Produce regular commercial reports for internal and client governance.
    • Maintain a detailed audit trail of all changes, decisions, and communications.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Law, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple change requests simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate assertively and clearly.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and contract management systems.
