• Develop engaging media content while ensuring quality and compliance with style guides
• Take ownership of allocated tasks, monitoring progress, quality, and performance
• Participate in team discussions, adopting and applying direction given
• Ensure compliance with the development plan, schedule, and supporting documentation
• Utilize other toolsets as required and directed by the business (e.g., LCMS)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in media development
• Proficiency with media development tools such as Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Ability to apply and manipulate master slide templates
• Knowledge of multi-layered communication and timeline management
• Understanding of the use of variables in media development
• Experience with web object integration
• Experience developing assessments and interactive content
• Good understanding of known issues with media development tools and how to use workarounds

• Established background in Storyline 360 within a professional setting.

• 1-2 days per month on-site
