Overview

A very strategic role working closely with the Sr. VPs and reporting to the EMEA CIO. This role will have full and first sight of all approved projects/initiatives that will help Expleo gain the first-hand info and can position us as a front runner for the wider delivery roles across the tech & business.

 

3 days per week in Basildon

Responsibilities

  • A more senior role responsible for the overarching transformation initiative across the EMEA business. Reports directly to the CIO & Senior Leadership Team and are involved in developing and championing the organisational vision for transformation.
  • Proven track record in large Transformation leadership role (Finance industry) is an advantage
  • Develop transformation strategy
  • Lead and drive transformation initiatives
  • Managing program/project lifecycles, Ways of Working
  • Coordinating across business & tech functions
  • Identifying risks and opportunities for innovation
  • Efficient resources management
  • Leading cross-functional teams
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement & innovation
  • Deliver measurable results

Qualifications

  • Desirable Certifications: MAPM, Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2

Essential skills

  • Strategic Thinking: Developing cohesive transformation strategy/plans aligned with overall organizational goals
  • Communication: Effectively articulating the vision and rationale for transformation to the leadership & diverse audiences
  • Analytical Skills:Manipulating data to analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Innovation: Identifying and implementing new technologies and innovative solutions to drive efficiency and value
  • Result Orientated: Driving positive outcomes from the transformation initiatives i.e. demonstrate gains
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to gain buy-in and ensure alignment. 
  • Operating Model Design: Identify and design new, more efficient ways of working, often leveraging technology. 
  • Change Leadership: Lead and inspire teams through the change process, fostering collaboration and a culture of innovation. 
  • Resource & Technology Management: Secure and manage the necessary people, tools, and technologies to support initiatives. 
  • Risk & Benefit Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks while articulating and tracking the benefits of transformation.

Experience

  • Experience of leading large scale projects, ideally within the Cards & Payments industry (specialising in one of more - systems development, infrastructure projects, data projects) involving business process and change, organisation change, and multiple large-scale technology components
  • Experience leading Waterfall & Agile Scrum projects
