Overview

The purpose is to support the stress analysis team in different static and fatigue analysis activities related to Primary Structural repairs for the D328-100 and D328-300 programs.

The involved engineers will work directly supporting the DAG stress lead, who will organize and follow-up the daily work.

 

All candidates must have the appropriate right to work in Germany immediately, along with the appropriate passports, visas, permits, etc.

Responsibilities

  • The expected tasks to be performed, but not limited to, are detailed below:
    • Incorporation of references to the Structural Repair Manual (SRM)
    • Support applications of standard aerospace manufacturing processes
    • Check FEM description / validation report
    • Compile DAG structural analysis summary reports
    • Check of production non-conformities (concessions).

Experience

  • Experience in stress analysis.
  • Experience in stress / fatigue analysis of Primary Structures for both analytical (hand calc methods) and in FE analysis (Ansys, Hyperworks, Nastran)
  • Experience in stress / structural repairs of Primary Structures
  • Experience in certification of airframe structural parts / products
