At Expleo UK, we are looking for an Account Delivery Lead who thrives on driving delivery excellence, leading teams, delighting clients, and ensuring operational performance across quality, cost, delivery, and people. Responsibilities

  • As the Account Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end project delivery excellence and ensuring strong operational performance across the business unit.
    • Lead and coordinate all projects from initiation to closure, ensuring full adherence to contractual commitments
    • Drive delivery and quality performance, including achievement of RFT, OQD, OTD, and CSAT targets
    • Maximise project profitability by optimising productivity, resource allocation, and offshore utilisation
    • Serve as the primary customer interface at both local and project levels, strengthening long‑term partnerships
    • Support business development activities, including bids, quotations, extensions, and capability proposals
    • Ensure effective financial governance, including Project Finance Reviews, risk management, and cash control
    • Oversee resource planning, utilisation, workforce forecasting, and collaboration with recruitment teams
    • Provide performance and line management for employees within the business unit
    • Work alongside Chief Engineers to support capability development, Personal Development Reviews, and technical excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field
  • Professional certifications such as APM, Prince2, PMP or equivalent are beneficial but not essential 

Essential skills

  • Proven ability to manage delivery performance and project financials
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and quality frameworks
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery control

Desired skills

  • Exposure to engineering, digital, or technology-led programmes
  • Knowledge of utilisation, margin optimisation, or operational performance metrics 

Experience

  • Strong experience leading complex engineering or technology projects end‑to‑end
  • Experience managing project teams, developing people, and supporting capability growth
  • Experience working within consultancy or multi-project delivery environments 
  • Experience working with offshore teams or multi-location delivery models
