  • Collaborate with Learning SMEs, HR leads, transformation teams, and technical partners.
  • Ensure requirements traceability, clarity, and sign‑off across design, build, test, and deployment stages.
  • Produce high‑quality documentation—requirements, user stories, process flows, data needs, acceptance criteria.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues within assigned areas and escalate as needed.
  • Support the Lead BA and HR Transformation leadership with structured analysis to aid decision‑making.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Relevant third level qualification or equivalent work experience

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and succinctly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑market programme environment.

Experience

  • Experience working on at least one major HR transformation project or programme.
  • Direct involvement in Learning platform implementation is strongly preferred (e.g., Cornerstone, Saba, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors Learning).
