  • Apply modern design and drawing standards, including manufacturability considerations
  • Define and execute validation tests for subsystem maturation, including general electronics and electrical troubleshooting
  • Produce comprehensive design documentation aligned with company guidelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure coherent system-level integration

Qualifications

  • Defining and performing validation and troubleshooting activities
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and drive a project from concept through validation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible R&D environment

Desired skills

  • Electrical design for maritime embedded systems or similar ruggedised applications
  • EMC design principles and validation methods
  • Knowledge of battery management systems and robotic power electronics

Experience

  • Delivered electronic subsystem designs from concept to tested hardware
  • Developed schematics, PCB layouts, and supporting documentation
  • Integrated electronics with mechanical and embedded software systems
  • Conducted validation testing, troubleshooting, and iterative design improvements
  • Worked within R&D environments requiring rapid prototyping and technical agility
  • Produced structured design documentation and supported quality processes
  • Collaborated with cross-functional engineering teams to align system-level decisions
