Expleo is winning. We're growing our UK Technology consulting business, landing new logos and expanding our footprint — and we need a hunter who wants to be part of that story, not join a mature patch and manage it.

This isn't a relationship management role. We're looking for someone who gets genuine energy from finding the next opportunity, building the case from scratch, and closing. If you've spent the last few years opening doors in UK technology services and you're ready for a platform that can actually deliver on what you sell — read on.

You’ll be focused on selling Expleo’s technology services into a defined part of our diversified UK business — a portfolio that comes with some warm relationships already in place. The majority of your time and energy, though, will be spent hunting: finding new opportunities, building pipeline, and bringing in clients who haven’t worked with Expleo before.

 

You’ll maintain a small number of existing relationships as part of the role — but this isn’t an account management position. If you’re motivated by the chase, by building something from scratch and by winning business that wasn’t there before, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue and close new logo opportunities across your target markets — owning the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting and clear closure plans
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite sponsors across target accounts
  • Work closely with Expleo's technical and delivery experts to shape compelling propositions that win on value, not price
  • Lead bid responses and solution development for complex, high-value pursuits
  • Collaborate with Expleo's international network where there are opportunities to grow multi-market relationships

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience 

Essential skills

  • You'll have a proven track record of winning new clients — not just growing existing ones — within UK technology consulting or professional services. You'll be credible at C-level and commercially sharp enough to navigate complex sales cycles without hand-holding.
    • Demonstrable new logo wins in UK tech consulting, digital transformation or engineering services
    • Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from origination to close
    • Comfortable leading solution and bid development — bringing together internal experts to craft a winning response
    • Fluent at C-level: you build genuine relationships with decision-makers, not just contacts
    • Familiar with structured sales methodologies — Sandler, Miller Heiman, SPIN or similar
    • Highly motivated, self-directed, and driven by results — not by being managed
