As part of our continued growth in advanced air mobility and next-generation rotorcraft, we are seeking a Verification & Validation Engineer to support the development and certification of a new electric rotorcraft platform.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of aerospace innovation, contributing to the certification of cutting-edge electric propulsion systems and rotorcraft technologies against EASA CS-27/CS-29 and associated certification frameworks. You will play a central role in defining and executing robust V&V strategies, ensuring compliance, safety, and performance through a structured, evidence-based approach.

This role is Hybrid working in Bristol.
Strong knowledge of verification methods (analysis, inspection, test, demonstration) and their application
Experience developing verification strategies and compliance matrices
Ability to interpret and apply certification requirements and standards
Experience with hardware/system testing, including data acquisition and analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent technical documentation and report writing capability
Effective communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
