A As part of our continued expansion in Aerospace Systems Engineering, we are seeking a Requirements Engineer to support the development of next-generation electric rotorcraft platforms (eVTOL).
This role sits at the heart of the system development lifecycle, ensuring that requirements are clear, structured, traceable, and certifiable in line with EASA CS standards and programme objectives. You will work across multidisciplinary teams—including systems, safety, design, and V&V—to ensure that requirements drive a robust and compliant development programme.

This role is Hybrid working in Bristol.
Experience with electric propulsion systems, batteries, or high-voltage aerospace systems
Knowledge of ARP4754A / ARP4761 processes
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches and tools
Experience supporting certification programmes or audits
Awareness of safety assessment methods (FHA, FMEA, FTA)
Experience within Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), eVTOL, or rotorcraft programmes
